It wasn’t until high school when our founder, Rey Guedes, started showing interested in the electrical industry. Through his time at vocational school and working for other electrical companies, Rey garnered the necessary experience to branch out on his own and launch R&J Brothers Electric LLC in 2013.

Over a decade since that, and Rey has committed himself to growing the company by doing what he does best: providing nothing but the best electrical services to the great community of Bergen County & beyond. With more than 23 years of electric industry experience under his belt, Rey and his full-service electrical business have gone on to provide residential and commercial electric work to New Milford and many other surrounding areas. With each project he and his team take, Rey and Co. have one thing in mind — delivering satisfaction.
